About Our Community

The Walnut Knolls Association (WKA) is a voluntary association of homeowners who reside in the Walnut Knolls and surrounding areas. The neighborhood was established in the late 1940s and prides itself for maintaining a close-knit community of residents, spanning new and multi-generational families.

Our association maintains a private recreation area equipped with a large lawn, play structure, picnic area, and pools. These facilities provide a great venue for our planned social events and impromptu neighborhood gatherings. For over 75 years, this space has been our community hub, nurturing community values, lasting friendships, and treasured memories.


We hope you join us and take part of what has been, and we hope will continue to be, one of the best neighborhoods in the East Bay!
