The Walnut Knolls Association is a voluntary association of homeowners who reside in the Knolls and surrounding areas. Located in unincorporated South Walnut Creek, the Walnut Knolls neighborhood was established in the late 1940s. We are a close knit community with many of the original homeowners or their families still living in the Knolls.
The Knolls is tucked away in a quiet and serene setting, yet just minutes away from downtown Walnut Creek. We are within the award winning Walnut Creek and Acalanes school districts. Murwood Elementary and Las Lomas High School are both within a short walking distance.
Our Association maintains a private pool and a recreation area equipped with a play structure, picnic tables and barbeque area. We are a family oriented community where everyone knows most everyone and neighborhood gatherings are the norm. For over 60 years, we have been having regular social events that bring everyone together. We hope you join us and take part of what has been, and we hope will continue to be, one of the best neighborhoods in the East Bay!
