* Resident or Associate Membership - $770 annual dues + $75 refundable volunteer deposit

** Senior Membership - $630 + $75 refundable volunteer deposit

* All member households are required to contribute a minimum of 4 hours of volunteer time.  The volunteer deposit is fully refundable at the completion of the required hours. Special consideration will be given to member households with physical limitations that would prevent his or her ability to complete the volunteer requirement. 

** Senior membership is available to residents age 62 and older.

As a small neighborhood community, your membership, your vote and your voice will make a difference.  By joining the Association, you are more involved in the community and can plan and share ideas for continual improvement of the Knolls.  The greater our membership, the better we can maintain the common areas, thereby increasing the desirability of the neighborhood as a whole and the value of all our homes.

Membership benefits include exclusive use of the park and pool, one free rental of the park and/or pool facilities and all the other wonderful neighborhood events planned by our Social Committee.
